“Pamela will WORK for you! She will go above and beyond with a smile. No house is too big or small. I thought that due to my income I wouldn’t be able to find the home I wanted. My previous real estate agent was very pessimistic and made me feel embarrassed because I couldn’t get approved for more money. I wanted to live in Blue Springs, MO, but all the places were starting close to $200,000 and I was only approved for $150,000. I’m not handy, so I didn’t want a fixer-upper. I needed a move in ready place. Pamela asked me what I wanted and didn’t scoff at my request. She said “It may take some time, but we can find the perfect home for you!” The home buying process can be wild and uncertain but Pamela was by my side the whole way! With her guidance I found the PERFECT townhouse, where the HOA takes care of the exterior, roof, lawn and snow (all things I did not want to deal with). It has a garage, two bedrooms, cute patio, all black appliances. This house checked all the boxes for me! Pamela is a straight shooter, honest, funny and kind-hearted and she bakes tasty cookies! I went with someone else’s suggestion for financing. Big mistake! Go with her suggestion. And even though they were a bit of a nightmare to deal with, Pamela was still there helping me understand the process and explaining things multiple times without complaint. During an especially tough week, she called to check on me every evening and let me know that God would work things out. That if it’s meant for me, it will be for me. She was so right! I bought the house I wanted in the exact zip code and the street I said was perfect for me! I moved in at the end of February and I’m LOVING MY PLACE! No regrets. Even after the sale, Pamela helped me figure out the garbage pickup situation and was happy to answer questions. And she still says “hi” every now and then to make sure I’m happy with my place. I had a hummingbird feeder mysteriously show up on my doorstep and it was from Pamela with a note asking how I was doing. She is so thoughtful. I can’t say enough about Pamela Campbell. Look no further, Pamela is the one who will get you the house of your dreams!”
